I am spending my evening (or is it early morning) fixing my drop down category plugin so that it may be used with WordPress 1.5 (AKA Strayhorn).
I’ve spent the last 10 minutes on it and I am almost done. I just need to test all of the features in WP 1.5 test blog and I will probably update the Readme and make it a PDF file.
Why a PDF and not a TXT, DOC, or HTML file? Because I want to. Well, maybe I will also put a TXT and HTML version of the Readme file in the ZIP. I’m going to try and make the directions a little clearer. I know that I get wordy. Simple is good. Wish me luck on that one. I’ll probably end up spending more time on the Readme than on actually updating the plugin. Heh heh.
By the way, as far as I know the Drop Down Plugin for WP Links Manager seems to be working for WP 1.5. I haven’t made any changes to it but it seems fine. If anyone experiences any problems with this plugin, please let me know.
Oh yes, I completely forgot that I need to double check that the plugin puts out code that validates. Makes note to self.
Added at 1:10 AM: A ha! I finished updating and testing the Drop Down Category plugin for WP 1.5. I’m not as lazy as I thought I was. It seems to work. Heh heh. The true test will come after other people have tried it out. I still haven’t made sure that it validates. Will do that tomorrow sometime … and if I finish the documentation I will have it up by Sunday at the latest.
